About the opportunity
As our Data & Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the effective management of participant and carer records and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their data, reporting, and application needs, providing practical solutions and clear documentation. Your work will support compliance with reporting requirements, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and help our teams make informed, timely decisions. From resolving Level 3 application issues to supporting reporting and analytics, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on making our systems reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose.

You bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in service performance and outcome reporting and evaluation or equivalent experience(Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred)
- 2 – 3 years demonstrated experience working with CRM Configurations, Information Systems, Databases and Business Intelligence.
- NDIS Workers Orientation module certificate – free online course
- Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake
- Satisfactory Queensland Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2), or willingness to undertake
- Available to participate in out of hours’ activities as required to ensure delivery of key role outcomes
- Prior experience working within the Education, Mental Health or Community Services organisation (preferred)
