Assignment Description
- Coordinate the mobilisation of field teams, subcontractors, and equipment to project sites
- Booking medicals, drug and alcohols, training and inductions
- Book and manage travel, accommodation, and site access as required
- Coordinating rosters and booking flights with client and forwarding flight bookings to staff
- Troubleshoot any last-minute changes or issues related to travel, documentation, or on boarding
- Engaging with clients, vendors and our internal team · Keeping trackers, records and compliance up to date to meet with client needs
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors and site teams to allocate resources accordingly
- Update and maintain master roster
- Act as the central point of contact for mobilisation related queries
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
- Worked collaboratively with the scheduler to keep project schedules current and accurate.
Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using various on boarding systems is advantageous (Smart sheets, Pegasus, ERMS, Workflow)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill set ·
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholder
