We're a small but fast-growing debt collection agency based on Sydney’s North Shore, working with major banks, law firms, and national agencies. We’re looking for a reliable Data Entry Assistant to help process and refine written field reports submitted by our agents, and upload them into client systems.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing field agent updates (written reports)
- Editing for grammar, clarity, professionalism, and compliance
- Cross-checking the update against internal instructions and legal requirements
- Uploading the final version to our client portals or internal systems
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in debt collection before — we’ll provide full training, including on relevant legislation and what to look for in a compliant update.
What We’re Looking For
You must:
- Have excellent written English — strong grammar and attention to tone are essential
- Be detail-oriented and able to spot inconsistencies or vague language
- Be self-motivated — this is a remote role with minimal supervision
- Be comfortable using online systems (basic technical skills required)
You do not need prior debt collection or legal experience — just a willingness to learn and a commitment to accuracy.

We expect this role to suit someone looking for 20-25 hours per week, with potential for growth as we expand. Perfect for those juggling study, freelance work, or family responsibilities.
Pay Structure
- Base Rate: Starting from $30 per hour, paid weekly or fortnightly
- Performance Bonus: Additional bonuses available based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
KPIs will include:
- Number of updates processed per hour (productivity)
- Compliance rate (accuracy and adherence to client and legal standards)
- Other quality and consistency metrics (to be finalised during training)
