Are you a delivery-focused product leader who knows how to turn data into action? We’re looking for a Data Product Lead to help shape and deliver high-impact data products that drive smarter decisions, better member experiences, and operational efficiency.
You’ll lead a small team and work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, guide development, and continuously improve our data products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and knows how to balance speed with quality.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to launch and ongoing support
- Manage and mentor a small team
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions
- Track product performance, support user testing, and drive continuous improvement
- Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs and communicate updates
- Champion agile delivery and product thinking across the Data & AI team
Let’s talk about you
This role is ideal for someone with experience in data, analytics, or product development who is looking to deepen their expertise in data product management and make a real impact.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role
- Strong understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools and product concepts
- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams
- Communication skills that build strong stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI (or similar)
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in health insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data catalogues
- Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, or modern cloud-based data platforms
