We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our friendly team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
What you will be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
- General reception duties including phone calls, emails and processing payments
- Scheduling appointments and managing the dental practice's appointments
- Handling patient enquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assisting Dentists with a variety of chairside duties
- Aiding in sterilisation procedures and to maintain infection control
- Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented and tidy
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- Aid in internal and external marketing
About you
What we are looking for
- Previous dental/administration experience would be a bonus however we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- A friendly, professional and compassionate demeanour
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Pay: $22.00 – $33.00 per hour
