We are currently seeking a talented and experienced dental receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service to our valued patients.
As a dental receptionist at our studio, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. Your role will involve assisting patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What sets us apart is our commitment to creating a truly exceptional experience for our patients.

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a dental assistant (cert III or IV) is a bonus
-Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
-Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
-Ability to lead the team in job delegation
-Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
-Addressing patient inquiries and providing accurate information
-Processing payments and liaising with various health providers as needed
-Efficiently scheduling and managing patient appointments
-Maintaining and updating databases with precision
-Organizing and managing digital and physical files through scanning and filing
-Providing top-notch administrative support to ensure smooth operations
-Experience with D4W and Hicaps
-Experience with implants and Invisalign is preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment
