We are looking for a honest & trustworthy Receptionist to work with us
Needs to have at least 2 year experience
Receptionist task and responsibilities:
- greeting visitors
- answering phone calls,
- managing appointment schedules,
- maintaining a tidy reception area
- sorting mail
- providing basic information about the company
- handling administrative tasks
- confirming appointments
- uploading photos and x-rays
- Ability to navigate D4W software
- Able to organise lab work and following up with lab works and aligners
- following up with orders
- taking payments and doing end of day financials
Receptionist skills / attributes:
- Bright, Polite, well-mannered, and bubbly personality
- Honest and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in surgical procedures
- Team player
- Possess strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask
