ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a new unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketing and sales professional to join Cricket Australia’s Commercial team and make a meaningful impact in the world of sport. With your expertise in digital marketing and sales you’ll drive commercial outcomes across partnerships, digital platforms, brand campaigns, and third-party programs.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns for brands, leveraging your deep understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and performance analytics. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital sales solutions, identifying new revenue opportunities, and enhancing the value of Cricket Australia’s commercial program through innovative solutions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the successful Digital Commercial Lead, you will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns and brand activations across multiple platforms. You will also have:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or commercial partnerships, ideally within sport, media, entertainment, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, including social, programmatic, content marketing, and performance advertising.
- Experience managing commercial relationships with brands, agencies, or sponsors, with a focus on delivering measurable value.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Analytics) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate digital outcomes clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- A passion for sport and a deep understanding of fan engagement in digital environments.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end digital campaigns that drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Skilled in identifying and converting digital sales opportunities, including branded content, media inventory, and sponsorship assets.
- Proficient in interpreting campaign performance data to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to develop innovative digital solutions that align with brand objectives and resonate with audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and emerging technologies.
