About the Role
IPC Solutions is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager (CEO), you will primarily focus on implementing our "They Ask, You Answer" marketing philosophy by Marcus Sheridan, with some sales support responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be personable, have a 'can do' attitude, and possess the ability to work to a high standard across diverse responsibilities. We're looking for someone who understands that great marketing starts with answering customer questions honestly and transparently.
This is a remote position with preference for candidates based in the eastern states of Australia, though we welcome applications from anywhere. We offer flexible full-time hours to support a work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Content Marketing (Primary Focus):
- Develop comprehensive content strategies that address customer questions and concerns
- Create high-quality blog posts, articles, videos, whitepapers, and case studies
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit professional video content including product demos and tutorials
- Manage website content and ensure optimal user experience
- Conduct customer research to understand pain points and frequently asked questions
- Develop training materials and resources for client education
- Optimise all content for search engines using SEO best practices
- Distribute content across multiple channels including website, social media, and email
- Analyse content performance and make data-driven improvements
Sales Support (Secondary Focus):
- Assist the Sales Manager with lead qualification and customer enquiries
- Handle initial sales calls and answer product questions
- Support sales documentation and customer onboarding processes
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to create clear, engaging content
- Understanding of content marketing strategy and "They Ask, You Answer"methodology (highly desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimisation
- Analytical skills and experience with performance measurement tools
- Telecommunications industry knowledge preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to content creation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives
Practical Requirements:
- Current driver's licence and well-presented, registered vehicle
- Note a small amount of travel will be required
- Proven track record with references available
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
