This role goes beyond project management; it’s about building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving continuous digital experience evolution for our customers. We are seeking a creative problem solver who collaborates with business partners to bring forth new insights, challenges the status quo, and champions innovation to enable our business.

- Developing and planning project work schedules, tracking expenditures, and preparing monthly reports as required, ensuring effective communication of ideas, information, and risks to appropriate partners
- Balancing strategic roadmap planning with tactical, ad-hoc digital interventions, ensuring agility without sacrificing sustainability
- Proactively monitoring and analysing product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimisations to maximise impact
- Educating and empowering non-technical stakeholders, including the commercial team, to understand and draw meaningful conclusions from platform analytics dashboards and reports, fostering a data-driven culture

- Commercial acumen, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate, influence, collaborate, and provide direction to regional partners and senior leadership through a matrix organisation
- Previous experience interviewing markets to understand problem statement and frame thoughts, together with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate information in a regional/global environment
- Excellent presentation, risk-based decision making and change management skills, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and E2E project management
