Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, patient and reliable staff members to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. Experience in the industry is essential for this position. A successful candidate must be confident with personal care and have experience working with mental health. You must be willing to work short shifts and travel throughout Greater Sydney on a needs basis.
Licence is essential for this role.

- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.

Essential:
- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check or NDIS Workers check

- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts 1000-1200 and 1400-1600 weekdays and weekend 1000-1200
Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:
- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour
