We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence across home and community environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government guidelines)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and comprehensive car insurance
- Manual handling experience and/or training (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, trustworthy, and professional approach to client care

Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
