That’s why, we’re looking for ambitious people like yourself to join the team. What you’ll be doingAs an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide support to two Executive Leaders. This includes working directly with the Executive Team, Board, PEXA Employees & other Executive Assistants, in addition to high-level external national and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include: ·Extensive diary and travel management including scheduling Committees, Team meetings, Leadership offsite and other events as required ·Support the financial administration of cost centres ensuring accurate allocation and approval invoices and expenses ·Mange the coordination of Board-level papers, ensuring all reviews are completed within the required timeframe ·Coordinate Government/Senate requests in conjunction with the Corporate Affairs team ·Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other materials, providing additional support to other departments as required ·Active participation in all leadership and team meetings What you’ll bring to the table·Experience as a C-Suite level Executive Assistant·Exceptional Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills with proven experience developing Executive and Board Level documents whilst maintaining a confidential approach to your work ·Ability to balance competing demands with strong organisational skills ·Superior attention to detail, personal integrity and reliability ·Ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group, with a strong sense of emotional awareness ·Although not essential, experience working in a regulated industry will be highly regarded
