What you’ll be doingAs an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide support to two Executive Leaders. This includes working directly with the Executive Team, Board, PEXA Employees & other Executive Assistants, in addition to high-level external national and international stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities include: ·       Extensive diary and travel management including scheduling Committees, Team meetings, Leadership offsite and other events as required  ·       Support the financial administration of cost centres ensuring accurate allocation and approval invoices and expenses  ·       Mange the coordination of Board-level papers, ensuring all reviews are completed within the required timeframe ·       Coordinate Government/Senate requests in conjunction with the Corporate Affairs team ·       Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other materials, providing additional support to other departments as required  ·       Active participation in all leadership and team meetings                What you’ll bring to the table·       Experience as a C-Suite level Executive Assistant·       Exceptional Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills with proven experience developing Executive and Board Level documents whilst maintaining a confidential approach to your work  ·       Ability to balance competing demands with strong organisational skills ·       Superior attention to detail, personal integrity and reliability ·       Ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group, with a strong sense of emotional awareness ·       Although not essential, experience working in a regulated industry will be highly regarded
