About the Role

• Locations: Taree & Old Bar
• Shifts: 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Employment Type: Casual

You’ll be supporting two clients with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and mental health support needs. Each client has their own personality, interests, and goals — and your role will be to support them with empathy, respect, and a focus on independence.

Meet Our Clients Client 1 – Old Bar
A vibrant 27-year-old woman who loves fashion, makeup, and hunting for treasures while op-shopping.

Support Includes:

• Community outings (e.g., shopping trips)
• Light household tasks
• Attending appointments

Client 2 – Taree
A social 27-year-old man who’s passionate about cars and spending time with his mates.

Support Includes:

• Community access
• Meal preparation
• Domestic assistance
• Appointment support

Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – E3.1, pre-tax)

• Weekday base rate: $35.15/hr
• Afternoon (M–F): $38.67/hr
• Active Night (M–F): $39.37/hr
• Saturday: $49.21/hr
• Sunday: $63.27/hr
• Public Holiday: $77.33/hr

• First Aid & CPR (current)
