About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our small online business. This role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, order management, and general ecommerce support.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries on eBay (and other platforms) promptly and professionally.
- Platform Management: Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across our ecommerce platforms.
- Order Processing: Place stock orders with suppliers as needed and track deliveries.
- Marketing Support: Assist with basic advertising and promotions while keeping within budget.
- General Support: Help with any other tasks related to the smooth running of the online store.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or warehouse operations is an advantage, but not essential.
- Good computer skills (familiarity with eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Physically able to handle pick/pack tasks.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $51,000.00 per year
