About the role
Brilliant Kidz Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in East Hills, NSW. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our vibrant early learning centre. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team committed to nurturing the growth and development of young minds.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Observing and assessing children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences to individual needs
- Collaborating with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and support the holistic development of each child
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements
- Participating in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, early learning principles, and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering the growth and wellbeing of young children
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

Your Role Will Include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of passionate educators.
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community.
- Driving high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Managing enrolments, budgets, and administrative tasks efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a leadership or director role within childcare.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
