- About The Opportunity
Working across 11+ dynamic eCommerce sites, you’ll be the essential link between our eCommerce team and development agency, leading the delivery of new digital features, BAU improvements, and full-scale website releases.
This is the ideal role for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for digital retail, and the ability to juggle priorities making it all look effortless.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Orchestrate delivery across multiple brands and streams (from BAU to new features)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, eComm Project Managers, Trade Managers, and agency partners
- Scope, brief, and manage the delivery of development tasks and enhancements
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training initiatives
- Manage monthly budgets and delivery pipelines
- Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders — keeping projects on track and expectations aligned
- Escalate risks and manage resolutions like a pro
- What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years’ experience working with Magento and/or PWA tech stacks
- 3+ years in a retail-focused development delivery role
- Deep technical understanding of eComm integrations and website architecture
- Strong experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, with sharp communication and prioritisation skills
- Agency background (a plus) and an innate ability to solve problems and drive outcomes
