About the role

The eCommerce Manager is responsible for accelerating online sales growth across our largest grocery retailers and Amazon. The role will lead eCommerce strategy, digital shelf execution and campaign performance, working cross functionally with brand, digital, media and sales teams. This customer facing role requires the ability to lead planning and deliver flawless execution in a fast-paced, evolving eCommerce environment. The main responsibilities will include:

Drive eCommerce Sales & Share Growth

Lead the strategic and tactical execution of eCommerce plans across Grocery (Coles, Woolworths) and Amazon.
Develop annual account-level eCommerce plans, investment strategies and performance targets.
Identify and evaluate opportunities within emerging online marketplaces.

Digital Shelf & Content Execution

To maximise product visibility through optimised search management.
Digital shelf excellence through optimised content, pricing, availability, and promotional execution.
Ensure consistent, best-practice eContent syndication across platforms that drives conversion.
Partner with brand and digital teams to map and optimise the connected consumer journey.

Retailer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong partnerships with Amazon, Cartology (Woolworths), and Coles 360.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build and execute joint business plans and digital media campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Manage reporting and insight generation from eCommerce platforms and syndicated data sources.
Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, ROI, share of search, etc.) and make data-informed recommendations.
Forecast and track sales performance across key accounts.
Lead ongoing competitor tracking and platform health checks to identify optimisation opportunities.

Innovation and Test & Learn

Champion test-and-learn strategies to pilot innovative acquisition and conversion approaches.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g. AI, AR) to enhance the digital path to purchase.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional eCommerce capability building across the business.

This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

Ideally you will have a deep understanding of digital commerce, retail media and online shopper behaviour, along with strong commercial and financial acumen.
