A bit about your role.

As a Senior Field Training & Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical training across various locations in Australia.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that focus on Certificate 3 and 4 in Telecommunications, utilising your Certificate 4 in Training and Assessing.

Your expertise will ensure that our team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles within the Field.

A bit about you.

You are a dedicated professional with a strong desire to attain or have already attained Certificate 3 and 4 in Telecommunications and Certificate 4 in Training and Assessing.

Your passion for training and development, combined with your technical expertise, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are committed to fostering a learning environment that promotes growth and development for all team members.
