About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to support our team. This is a long-term position with full training provided. You’ll handle day-to-day admin tasks to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
- Booking and scheduling jobs
- Data entry and filing
- Invoicing and managing job documentation
- General office support and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Reliable, organised, and friendly attitude
- Excellent English skills

- Upper mount gravatt QLD 4122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
