Location: Multiple ESA Manager roles available across Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Adelaide
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Employment Services Area (ESA) Managers to join Sonder during the exciting early implementation phase of our Employment Services program. These roles are pivotal in shaping the success of the service and providing strong leadership to drive meaningful impact across our teams and communities:
- Leading, supervising and mentoring the team
- Supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring operational compliance against the deed
- Providing guidance to staff on client-related matters during supervision and field mentoring
- Driving strong stakeholder management and employer engagement outcomes Embedding trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices into team culture and leadership
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing, motivating and supporting teams within disability employment services (or a related employment services environment)
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and employers
Knowledge of recovery-oriented practice and a commitment to trauma-informed leadership
Qualification and Other Requirements:
- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Workers Clearance Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health, or willingness to work towards
