The Role: Your Impact Matters!
In this role, you will:
- Work seamlessly as part of our Investigations Team
- Collaborate with Solicitors and senior team members to ensure exceptional service for our clients
- Engage with clients, insurers, financial institutions, and government departments through various communication channels
- Perform data entry using legal systems/software
- Handle general administration tasks, save correspondence and manage emails
- Organise and maintain digital files
- Efficiently handle diary management and provide reception relief

We are looking for an individual who:
- Is well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is interested in the legal industry and administration work
- Is organised, reliable and eager to learn
- Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, empathy, and responsibility
- Pays exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high-quality work
- Boasts strong word processing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Is proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Has full Australian working rights
