Step Into Your Next Chapter:
Develop and implement targeted wellbeing strategies to support the student's emotional and social development.
Work closely with the school leadership team to monitor the student's wellbeing and engagement, providing early interventions and proactive support.
Use a strengths-based approach to build the student's self-esteem, social skills, and connection to peers.
Design and apply individualised strategies to help the student navigate social and learning situations with confidence.
Act as a trusted mentor, advocate, and consistent support person in the student's day-to-day school life.

What You Bring:
You have experience working with young people, particularly those with disabilities or additional needs.
You're empathetic, resourceful, and skilled at building strong, positive relationships.
You understand the importance of early intervention and holistic support.
You're confident working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
