The role
The Digital & Transformation Team at South East Water (SEW) has implemented an exciting operational enhancement to better support the company's strategic priorities. This includes the creation of a Transformation Management Office (TMO) to enhance innovation and deliver greater business impact. As part of this transformation, several new roles now exist across the team.
We believe that digital and emerging technologies have a critical role to play in enabling us to provide the highest quality water and sewerage services for our customers, as efficiently as possible and ensure we deliver on our vision. The Enterprise Portfolio Analyst will support SEW on its journey towards establishing and maintaining an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). This critical role will be responsible for providing support across the SEW portfolio to project team members and will take responsibility for the day-to-day administrative workload of the EPMO.
Who are you?
This exciting new role will require candidates to possess the following skills, knowledge and experience to be considered:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in data management, including collection, storage, and analysis using relevant tools.
- Sound financial acumen with experience in administering financial reports.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective prioritisation and time management.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement across all organisational levels.

This role is remunerated at a Level 5, which is between $112,377 and $121,600 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
