This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Job Description

The ER Lawyer oversees Montu’s Employee Relations frameworks, processes, and practices, ensuring they are practical and compliant with regulatory and legal standards. Acting as the internal Subject Matter Expert, this role provides expert guidance and technical advice on complex ER matters and personally represent Montu as our in house counsel. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including the People Partnering team and people leaders, to execute ER initiatives effectively.
