  • Base Salary $103K + 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

Under the supervision of the Exchange Coordinator, undertake a broad range of administrative and student support activities associated with the Study Abroad and Exchange programs. This will include providing support on a wide range of development and marketing activities aimed to foster growth of the programs. The Exchange Adviser plays a critical integral role in assisting Sydney Global Mobility to provide these services to prospective and currently enrolled students in relation to mobility.

About you

  • experience in supporting administrative functions including student advising within a university setting
  • excellent communication skills with highly developed interpersonal ability
  • strong teamwork ability but also uses initiative and driven to work autonomously
  • ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines within a pressured work environment
  • confidently liaises with senior members of staff, students, and a wide range of external stakeholders.
