The Project Adviser role sits within the Campaign, Engagement and Strategy team and supports the attraction and recruitment of the child protection workforce. This includes the strategic advertising of position, candidate care and screening of application against the child protection qualifications framework. In addition, the role will support a range of strategic projects and priorities to drive efficiencies and reform across end-to-end attraction and volume recruitment.
The Project Advisor will support, and sometimes lead, new recruitment processes development and implementation. This will provide for an effective, inclusive, fair recruitment process, to improve user experience and time to recruit.
Key to the delivery of these processes is to ensure that processes provide for a responsive people and culture service to manage all aspects of the recruitment life cycle.
