Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

Salary range: $90,832 to $100,071 p.a. (AO4)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity

Provide confidential executive and secretarial support including the production of high quality documents and records.
Enquiry screening and diary management including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required for the Executive Director.
Arrange and maintain a diary of meetings and appointments for the Executive Director and research and collate information as necessary.
Receive and host VIP visitors to, and on behalf of the Executive Office, arrange appropriate itinerary, coordinate functions, and coordinate formal hospitality activities, if and when required.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role supporting a busy Executive role would be highly desirable.
