  • A full time, continuing position to provide executive support to up to 3 Directors in the Advancement Portfolio.

  • Located at Camperdown/Darlington Campus.

  • Starting salary of $103,185 base plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.

About the opportunity

Sitting within our Operations team and reporting into our Executive Officer, this position will provide professional support services for up to 3 Directors in the Advancement Portfolio. This role will work as part of a team of 3 other Executive Assistants supporting the Portfolio... Do you thrive working in a role where you can use tact, sensitivity, diplomacy and attention to detail while displaying your superior administrative, interpersonal and client services skills?

This position would suit someone who is career driven and has future aspirations to expand their capabilities for roles such as Executive Officer or Office Manager.

  • Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement skills.

  • Ability to determine the strategic or operational significance of incoming enquiries and correspondence and prioritise accordingly.

  • Analytical curiosity with well-developed problem-solving skills.

  • Most importantly a true desire to go above and beyond.
