In the role of Executive Assistant, you will partner with the executive in leading the Fund Sponsors, Strategic Investors and Alternative Assets team within Corporate and Institutional Banking that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Proactively managing the Executive’s email inbox, responding on behalf of the Executive where appropriate and bringing attention to matters requiring action
- Proactively managing the Executive’s complex diary, schedule and travel arrangements both domestically and internationally over several time zones.
- Ensure all administrative matters are undertaken proactively and efficiently and timely follow-ups on tasks and often tight deadlines for the Executive. This includes ensuring the Executive has all Agendas and supporting papers for meetings in a timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of Executive’s direct report employees including managing Colleague Connect issues, and managing delegated systems (Sourceline, PAP, People Hub/SAP, MyID, Service NAB).
- Arrange offsites for the Executive’s Leadership Team
Problem solve and de-escalate issues where possible prior to them reaching Executive
Liaise and work closely with other EA’s within Corporate and Institutional Banking and the wider company - Ensure individuals adhere to the work expense policy and process, manage the Gifts and Entertainment register, Leave register and proactively raise any events or issues.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all aspects of your work ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal policies and procedures.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services or banking
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at a senior level.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential for this role.
