**Please note: This role will initially be based at our Scarborough office and will relocate to our brand new, purpose-built facility in Bentley later this year as Wanslea transitions to our new location.**
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary, email, travel, and confidential record management
• Coordinate Board, Executive, and other key meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and timely distribution
• Deliver secretariat support as required
• Plan and manage high-level events and meetings, including logistics and catering
• Research, compile, and prepare documentation for reports, meetings, and presentations
• Support the implementation of new organisational systems and management processes
• Maintain a strong understanding of governance, executive, and organisational procedures
• Lead or contribute to projects, and prepare professional reports and presentations as needed.
About you
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience as an Executive Assistant in a complex organisation. You bring proven expertise in executive support, diary and email management, board coordination, and governance administration. With strong interpersonal skills, you’re confident liaising with senior stakeholders—including Ministers and government officials—and thrive in high-pressure environments requiring discretion, initiative, and excellent judgement.
