About You:
This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career. You will:
- Ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in baking
- Have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread
- Have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques
- Excellent hand moulding skills
- Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Positive attitude
