What this job involves:
Manage the provision of facilities services in a Commonwealth-Owned Property within the designated WoAG portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff and key tenant representatives located in the property.
Manage the day-to-day client activities for one large property based out of Mickleham. Keeping the property ready and in excellent condition.
This position will assist the Manager Operations – Centres for National Resilience to deliver the full range of services for the Entity.
Snapshot of the role:
Engage with on-site tenants daily. Meet their needs and expectations.
Keep the site field manual current. Update all building agreements and procedures.
Conduct regular safety checks. Report any issues immediately.
Schedule and oversee maintenance contractors. Communicate effectively on-site.
Check essential building systems routinely. Escalate issues promptly.
Monitor daily operational costs. Process invoices following JLL procedures.
Complete regular safety walks. Report near-misses and incidents through proper channels.
Monitor service delivery quality. Document any performance issues.
Input maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records in JLL systems.
Respond to after-hours building emergencies. Coordinate immediate response with contractors and management.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll need strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to manage building operations independently while delivering exceptional client service.
Technical expertise - Understand building systems including HVAC, fire protection, and electrical services. Use Microsoft Office suite proficiently.
Independent problem-solving - Handle multiple complex issues simultaneously within tight deadlines. Work effectively on-site without direct team support.
Professional client service - Communicate excellently with clients and stakeholders. Maintain punctual, well-presented, and reliable professional standards at all times.
