BGIS is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead onsite operations at a major client campus in Osborne, SA. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering outstanding service, driving contract performance, and managing facilities across multiple sites. In this role you will:
- Manage facilities operations at a major client site in Osborne, SA
- Report directly to the National Account Manager
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports and manage subcontractors
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations for key Government client
- Deliver services in line with KPIs, client expectations, and compliance standards
- Oversee contract financials including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
- Lead a team of staff and subcontractors with strong safety and performance culture
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams Champion continuous improvement and drive best-value outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Facilities Management experience across complex/multi-site portfolios
- Strong team leadership and staff management experience
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Trade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) + post-trade cert or diploma - preferred not essential
- Financial acumen – budget management and cost control
- CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must be an Australian Citizen – NV1 Security Clearance required
