Lead the operations of a landmark A-Grade asset just outside Canberra’s CBD.
The Opportunity
CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern A-Grade commercial asset in Canberra’s inner South. This is a rare opportunity to manage a premium asset while working closely with a Senior Facilities Manager, an engaged client (Charter Hall) and a collaborative CBRE team.
You’ll take full responsibility for ensuring the property runs seamlessly, delivering both technical excellence and outstanding tenant service.
Your Role
As Facilities Manager, you will:
- Oversee all hard and soft services, ensuring compliance and best-practice standards
- Manage contractor performance across building operations, maintenance, and safety
- Build trusted relationships with tenants, responding to issues promptly and proactively
- Deliver sustainability, energy and environmental initiatives in line with client targets
- Manage budgets, reporting and compliance obligations
- Champion service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You’re a proven facilities management professional with a track record in commercial office environments. You’ll bring:
- Experience in facilities or property management (commercial assets preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of building operations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and service providers
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
