Here's a snapshot of your day;
  • Lead the delivery of soft services with a primary focus on cleaning standards across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet agreed presentation and hygiene benchmarks.
  • Manage service partners and contractors to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes, resolving issues quickly and collaboratively.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Prepare and manage Opex budgets for soft services, tracking spend and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Provide monthly reporting on service performance, inspection outcomes, client feedback, and improvement initiatives.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in soft services or cleaning management within facilities management.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing service partners and on-site teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver high presentation and hygiene standards in complex or high-profile environments.
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements, including WHS and environmental obligations
  • Financial skills to manage budgets, contracts, and service delivery costs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Current driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
