About the role:
As the Facilities Coordinator you will be supporting and assisting the Facilities Manager with on-going facility and team related responsibilities for our client.
Respsonsibilities:
Provide support for guests, visitors and employees at client locations
Receive and despatch work requests to technical employees, vendors and service providers
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities as needed
Manage conference room reservations and meeting room support as required
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, reporting and variance research
Support facility-specific cost savings targets and financial/budget-related issue resolution
Provide direction to vendors and service providers to esnure excellent coordinator with minimal disruption
Resolve issues related to building services (janitorial, food service, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, furnishings, and equipment)
Assist Facility Manager with tactical planning for team goals and objectives

Proficient in MS Office, as well as possess strong written and verbal communications skills
