We are looking for a Farm Hand to join our team in Beaudesert. This role is essential in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while supporting the daily operations of our farm. Daily Tasks

• General farm duties, including feeding and monitoring poultry
• Checking and maintaining bird health and welfare
• Cleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipment
• Monitoring and adjusting farm climate control systems
• Assisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as required
• Day shifts only, with every second weekend required (no split shifts)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment to consistent work hours
• A strong focus on safety and animal welfare
• Ability to perform manual labour in a farm environment
• Own transport to and from the farm (as public transport is limited)
