Equipped with fully adaptable conference equipment, world-class audio-visual facilities and contemporary cocktails and cuisine from our expert in-house catering team. The GREAT ROOM is a 426sqm pillarless ballroom with an abundance of natural light and 4mx5m LED wall. A Glance at What You Will Do

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability.
• Relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
• Complete opening & closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
• Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Communicate with clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Support the team to reach common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other team members.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
