We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer – Accounts Receivable to join our supportive Finance team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage high-volume, end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate debtor records and issue invoices promptly.
- Complete daily banking and bank reconciliations.
- Proactively follow up overdue accounts and manage collections.
- Contribute to automation projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Build strong, positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualifications and/or experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong debtor management, collections, and customer service skills.
- Adaptability and confidence in working with evolving systems, processes, and technologiesExperience with accounting systems and intermediate–advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information..
- Experience in aged care, community, or wellness services.
- Understanding and empathy for the needs of older people.
