About the Role
If you have previous experience in Accounts Payable, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable activities.
- Handle cash management and bank reconciliations.
- Conduct debtor management, including communication and reporting.
- Assist internal customers with processing and troubleshooting.
- Improve financial systems and assist less experienced staff.
- Participate in shared corporate activities and uphold ALPA values.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in electronic accounts processing software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
