Are you organised, detail-oriented and ready to be the engine behind a high-performing team? We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team and help keep our transport operations running smoothly!
Reporting to the Rail Operations Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities:
- Effective & efficient planning and scheduling of pickups & deliveries to meet required delivery dates.
- Monitoring and supporting activities of drivers and standard of vehicles to ensure SCT and customer expectation are achieved.
- Ensure all Drivers are compliant regarding fatigue management, vehicle defect reports and relevant legislative requirements.
- Allocation of drivers for scheduled pickups.
- Allocating Loscam, CHEP freight pallets for delivery & recording of such details to ensure compliance with traceability for reconciliation purposes.
- Finalisation of the Fleet utilisation spreadsheet is to be completed daily
- Preparation of reports which are sent to the Rail Operations Manager after the arrival of the train service into Parkes and within 24 hours of arrival documenting any issues.
- The daily update of fatigue management systems and reporting of non- conformances to the Rail Operations Manager and Branch Manager
