Receptionist – ICS International (Melbourne Office)

ICS International is seeking a confident and creative Receptionist to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced multicultural environment and is comfortable handling both front desk duties and light digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk and Client Interaction
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming reception experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Record walk-ins and manage appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Administrative Support
- Assist with client record entry and filing
- Update internal systems and coordinate with migration consultants
- Provide general office support as needed
Social Media and Content Support
- Assist in creating short TikToks and Instagram Reels
- Help film and edit basic video content using apps like CapCut or InShot
- Stay updated with current trends for engaging content ideas
About You
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Confident, well-presented, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and stay organised
- Interest or basic experience in social media content creation
- Prior reception or admin experience preferred but not essential
- Nepali, Hindi, or other South Asian language skills are a plus
