Tuesday to Saturday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our Bondi Beach team. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident behind the machine, thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment, and knows how to create a great vibe for both customers and staff.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Lead and support a small team with energy and professionalism
- Jump on the coffee machine as needed — this role includes barista work
- Ensure smooth, friendly and efficient service during peak hours
- Handle customer feedback and issues with care and calm
- Communicate with the kitchen and management to keep things running smoothly
- Keep the front area clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Manage FOH inventory and place supply orders
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years of barista experience — dialling in, milk texturing, fast-paced service
- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisor experience
- A natural sense of customer care and communication
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Solid time management and multitasking skills
- A love for good coffee, great pastries, and working in a tight-knit team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
