The role
Crown Towers Perth is the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Western Australia. As a Front Office Clerk, you’ll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every check-in and check-out is seamless and memorable.
We’re looking for candidates with experience working within the Hotel, Tourism or Hospitality sector who take pride in delivering high quality customer service. In return we can offer excellent training and support and offer you great exposure in working within a 5* star hotel and being part of a strong operational team to help with your development.
This part-time position offers 48–76 hours per fortnight, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
- Deliver exceptional check-in and check-out services
- Assist with hotel reservations and guest enquiries
- Process accommodation payments with accuracy and care
- Create joyful moments through genuine guest interactions
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel operations
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in their work
Additional Information
To be successful, you'll:
- Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
- Be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Be familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
