About the role:
We are seeking a service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, efficient team management, and collaboration with multiple departments to maintain high service standards across our accommodation and shared spaces.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Leadership and supervision of Front Office team members
- Preparing and managing rosters to meet operational requirements
- Ensuring guest feedback is recorded accurately and service recovery is actioned promptly
- Overseeing accounting practices and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to maintain brand standards across rooms, products, and services
- Actively contributing toward achieving hotel targets and objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Manager within a hotel or accommodation setting
- The ability to lead, motivate, and work as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Experienced in using RMS
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays as required. Rostered day-off will be on a weekday.
