This role is based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. Featuring 276 guest accommodation rooms, over 1000 square metres of conferencing space and the Airo Restaurant & Bar, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is the perfect landing place.
The Role
As the Front Office Team Leader, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that ensures our guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. You’ll lead by example, supporting the team to deliver smooth check-ins, efficient problem-solving, and memorable moments that keep guests coming back.
Talent Profile
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a front office or guest services role (hospitality experience essential)
Proven leadership skills with a supportive, hands-on approach
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
