We are seeking the services of a General Manager for our Perth Operation.

The candidate we are seeking will need to
Have a proven General Manager Background with great strategic skills and experience in an organization that was involved in Capital Equipment Sales and Aftermarket Operations and possibly even rentals.
Be able to build a cohesive team and have the ability to coach and mentor the team to greater levels of success.
Have the ability to manage a P & L and be able to understand to steer the business to greater levels of revenue and profit.
Have an understanding of Sales Team and Aftermarket Team Management, and be able to be “hands on” in these important parts of our business.
Be an extraordinary communicator at all levels including overseas boards of directors
