We’re seeking a visionary General Manager Marketing to lead our property marketing strategy with a strong focus on gaming experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of Australia’s most iconic entertainment brands.
About the Role
As General Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for embedding and executing Crown’s marketing strategy across gaming, hospitality, and direct communications. You’ll lead the development of tactical marketing plans that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with Crown’s Group Brand strategy, while driving innovation and performance at the property level.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed and execute the Group Brand, Gaming, and Hospitality marketing strategies across all relevant property touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Crown’s brand purpose and guidelines.
- Develop and deliver periodic marketing plans that include promotions, direct-to-member offers, events, and campaigns, with a strong focus on driving Gaming and Hospitality revenue.
- Collaborate with analytics and loyalty teams to leverage performance data and post-campaign insights, optimising marketing mechanics and enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with organisational objectives.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across business units and the broader Brand and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are prioritised to meet revenue and contribution growth targets.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies within integrated resorts or gaming environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and financial accountability.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through innovative marketing
