- Build and maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.
- Play an active role on the Executive Committee, contributing to Freedom Fuels’ strategic direction.
At the heart of this role is people leadership. You will:

- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering financial results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary retail operations, concepts, and trends.
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a competitive market.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a national retail network within a respected, growth-focused energy business. You’ll have the autonomy to make real impact, supported by a strong executive team, while enjoying the challenge of delivering operational excellence in a fast-moving sector.
If you’re ready to take on a pivotal leadership role that combines strategy, people, and performance — we’d love to hear from you.
